Stressed Out? PAUSE for Self-Love

This simple PAUSE practice can..

significantly sharpen your self-awareness and cultivate self-love.

This is one of many simple OBSERVE practices from our ROSE Process for transformation.

Take a moment during your day and pause stop whatever you were doing. You can do this sitting or standing indoors or outdoors. Be comfortable.

  1. Begin by bringing your awareness to your breath taking a couple of deep full breath’s breathing in and breathing out.

  2. Now gently bring your hand to rest on your heart center, softly smiling inwards.

  3. Observe what is arising... any sensations, emotions, any thoughts.. and just allow them to be. Resting your awareness on your heart center and feeling a sense of love radiating from your heart into your whole being. Perhaps a sense of gratitude and peace.

  4. Enjoy this moment of true presence. You may stay here for as long as you like or gently open your eyes and move forward with your day.
