Aligning with Truth

What is Truth? Try this simple 10 minute practice.

In times of constant change, stress, media chaos and uncertainty, it can feel as though the truth is illusory and no where to be found. Spending time and effort looking outwardly searching the news, listening to others opinions and reading FB trying to discover what is the truth? What is real? Thus, leaving us with a sense of feeling lost, separate, angry and without hope.

According to Krishnamurti’s 1929 teaching:

“Our truth is found through the mirror of relationship, through understanding the contents of our own mind, and through observation.”

It was Canada Day, July 1st, 2000 Kamloops, BC when I gazed upon this beautifully engraved messaged rock. It was as though it jumped out and called my name. I felt a powerful resonance with the message. It soon became my life’s mantra in the days and years that followed. A daily reminder of where to locate the Truth.

What is Truth? It is permanence and the changeless. Love is Truth

We organically are provided the opportunity to return ourselves to the truth of our Beingness. Through breath awareness and focusing inwardly we are able to align and experience the truth. Regaining a sense of groundedness, knowingness, togetherness, presence, peace and stability that naturally arises within Oneself.

How? Through creating a direct experience with your vibrational being and allowing for Truth to arise.

We invite you to try this 10 min. practice outlined in the 5 steps below:

  1. Close your eyes; gently bring your awareness to your breathing; follow the breath inward

  2. Begin to release any negative tension from the body, emotions and mind.

  3. Create a cohesive heart-mind energy field by breathing in/out from your heart and touching heart gently.

  4. Start feeling/cultivating a sense of appreciation or care for someone or anything.

  5. In this space discover the truth arising.

Chasing after external illusions usually only manipulate our energy and create separateness. With this practice of inner truth seeking you can create a heart-mind coherence that takes you home to YOUR truth.
