Try These Tips to Create Calm
1) Pause Practice
Stop (pause) everything you;re doing, ask: am I Breathing?
Connect with your breath - take 3-5 deep, slow breaths, feeling a sense of “letting go” with each exhale
2) Live in the Present Moment - There are several methods. All involve retraining (practicing) to be present.
Meditation
Breath Work
Yoga or any mindful-movement practice such as Tai Chi or Qigong
Nature - Being outdoors where you can experience the life force energy of the earth
