Coronavirus Protection - Optimizing Your Immune System - 10 Mind, Body, & Spirit Practices

Creating a strong Immune System is our best protection from the Coronavirus. Love is energetically the highest frequency holistic medicine for supporting a vibrant immune system. So, how do we shift from Fear to Love? Empowering yourself by taking charge of your health will create a shift into self-love and compassion.

Provided below is our select 10 mind, body, spirit practices to optimize your immune system and maximize protection from the Coronavirus. Although the list below will provide significant support for your immune system, we recommend the basic infection protection protocols (i.e., hand washing, stay at home when you’re not feeling well) that have been prescribed by your public health organizations.

The following are 10 practices to optimize your immune system and

maximize protection from the Coronavirus

1) Increase Exposure to Positive or Compassion-Based Media and Reduce Negative or Fear-Based Media

Limit exposure to sensationalized, fear-based news – especially before bed. Staying informed is important. Be aware and select media sources that deliver factually-based information. We are discovering that our state and local government is providing supportive, practical information than the national news media.

2) Get Outdoors in Nature

Being in nature will ground you to the earth’s electromagnetic field and increase life force energy boosting immune function. Experiencing the stillness of nature will fill you with a sense of peace and gratitude, boosting your positive energy.

3) Mindfulness Practice

Returning to the present moment will break you out of your anxiety patterns created by fear of the future. Try to incorporate at least 2 of our mindfulness practices per day (i.e., pause practice, 50/50 awareness, listen to the silence). Participate in an online mindfulness class.

4) Meditation and/or Prayer

Sending prayer and meditation out to others and all of humanity will naturally boost your immune system and create a positive ripple out into the world. Incorporate into your daily practice our meditations such as, loving awareness, radiating light/love from your heart (healing), and heart-mind coherence.

5) Breath Work Practice

Here are 2 suggested breath work practices.

  • Bring awareness to your breathing and slow it down to a 5 sec in/out count engaging the parasympathetic system.

  • Thymus Tapping will stimulate your immune system. Clasping your hands in front of your chest, take a deep breath through the nose and as you exhale gently tap your thymus, located in the center of your chest. Humming on the exhale creates a soothing vibration. Do this several times a day. Thymus tapping will also reduce anxiety and stress overload.

6) Immune Boosting Herbs/Supplements, Essential Oils, and Foods

Use health practitioner recommended immune boosting options. Search for the properties antiviral, antimicrobial and antibacterial. Here is a basic list to get you started.

  • Supplements/Herbs - Vit C, Vit D3, Zinc, Magnesium, Selenium, Osha Root, Colloidal Silver, Echinacea, Cinnamon, oregano, thyme, rosemary, cayenne, ginger.

  • Essential Oils - We love diffusing Young Living thieves oil. Tea tree, oregano, rosemary, lemon, tangerine, clove, ginger, eucalyptus.

  • Foods/Liquids - Cauliflower, kale, brussel sprouts, cabbage, bok choy, arugula, romanesco broccoli, onions, ginger and garlic. Fermented foods, fresh colorful fruits and veggies. Drink plenty of warm water or herbal tea. A great tonic may be enjoyed by adding 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, raw honey, and a sprinkle cinnamon to warm water.
